What are my start-up costs?
None, really. When you outsource your work to MUNSHE IT, we take care of the team management process. Eventually, you either pay for the exact amount of work done (through an outcome-based payment model) or make fixed monthly payments for your remote, exclusive team members. There is no start-up fee, and you pay nothing until you start outsourcing your operations.
Do I have to pay taxes and insurance expenses for team members?
No. When you outsource your operations to MUNSHE IT, we hire resources for your project but as our employees and contractors - not yours. Therefore, you will have no obligation regarding employee benefits, taxes, insurance, employment laws, etc.
How do I make payments?
You can hire and pay us through reputed platforms such as Upwork and Payoneer using your credit card, PayPal, ACH/bank account, and eCheck. You will be able to make payments on a weekly basis or monthly – depending on how we eventually lay out service level agreements.
How do I protect my intellectual property?
Information confidentiality is extremely important to us. We are more than happy to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) for you, and we highly encourage that you create one for every project you outsource – to anyone. Also, if you hire us through Upwork, you will be covered by their ToS which contains default non-disclosure terms sufficient for this purpose.
How do we communicate?
We are always available for communication through email, Skype, Google Hangouts, Slack, etc. We create dedicated Slack channels for our clients for easier and instant communication.
